addition to our bonded storage facility, we are also approved by HMRC
to operate an ERTS (Enhanced Remote Transit Shed) This allows us to accept non-EU goods into our depot, awaiting clearance, prior to release. Goods can remain uncleared in our ERTS for up to 45 days. If you have groupage containers, LCL consignments, or even consignments arriving by air, they could all be moved to our ERTS facility, pending HMRC release. Benefits include the avoidance of storage charges at the place of arrival, as we offer one weeks free storage in our ERTS. We can provide Customs Clearance services for consignments which are stored at our premises, or clearance can be made by a third party by obtaining a UCN on the CNS Compass system, using our ERTS ID PZH1 or PYU1. CKR Services worked very closely with CNS Compass, prior to the launch of the new system and we were one of the few to test CNS Compass before it's London Launch. |
